I AM NOW AN APPROVED TEACHER for the International Cake Exploration Societé (ICES) which is an international non-profit organization with over 4,000 members worldwide, including a varied assortment of "sugar artists" ranging from the hobbyist and home baker to professional cake decorators. I have been invited to the next annual convention in Washington, DC, August 5-8, 2004 to demo my 3D Gelatins.

GMAP Directors in Kioto The GMAP website is now expanded as approved by the GMAP Directors in Kyoto.
