Publications 1998-2001 - I have been invited by the editor of several magazines of national circulation to publish every month recipes with pictures in the magazines called "Postres y Dulces", "Cocina Practica" , "Christmas Specials", "Valentine's Day Special", "The Best Gelatins", "Candy Making", "Birthday Cakes", and many other different titles. I have appeared in about 180 magazines. I am often asked by some of the baking and cake decorating merchandise importers, to make some demonstrations on new products, as well as to test new materials and to elaborate samples to make picture catalogues on cake decorating items.
